Omg I love this mat!! It is so cute, we'll made and definitely worth every penny! The customer service has also been above and beyond! I paid for personalization but didn't add the name, they reached out via text and asked if I still wanted it personalized, after I told them yes they immediately set to work on it and had it shipped out the next day! After I received it I realized I didn't know how to wash it so I emailed them and they responded immediately with care instructions! I honestly can say that this company is amazing and I will definitely be ordering more items from them!
