Exchanges & Returns
At Sugar Bee Clothing, we strive for all of our customers to be completely satisfied with all of our products. If for some reason you are not, please contact us here and we will promptly work with you to resolve the issue!
For items to be exchanged or returned:
Item must have been returned within 7 days of delivery date.
Item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
Item must be an "eligible item" as described below.
Customer must have received return authorization email from Sugar Bee Clothing.
Eligible items include: Unworn, non-customized apparel.
Ineligible, non-returnable items include: Any worn or laundered item, any customized or personalized item (ex. apparel with names, dates or special designs), gift cards, any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery date, sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and give you the status of your exchange or refund. If a refund is issued, a credit for the purchase price of the item (less any shipping and handling costs) will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
