365 Days for Exchanges & Returns
365 days to return/exchange Sugar Bee product! (Wholesale Excluded; Please refer to the Wholesale Terms – Sugar Bee Clothing for the wholesale return/exchange policy.)
Sugar Bee gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased directly through Sugar Bee Clothing, for store credit (Sugar Bee Clothing E-Gift Card) or original form of payment within 1 year from the date your order is delivered. For items to be exchanged or returned:
Item must have been returned within 365 days of delivery date.
Item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging with original tags attached.
Item must be an "eligible item" as described below.
Customer must have received return authorization email from Sugar Bee Clothing.
Eligible items include: Unworn, non-customized apparel and Non-Sale/Clearance items
Ineligible, non-returnable items include: Any worn or laundered item, any customized or personalized item (ex. apparel with names, dates or special designs), gift cards, any item that is returned more than 365 days after delivery date, sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and give you the status of your exchange or refund. If a request is approved, we will refund the purchase amount (less any shipping and handling costs) to a Sugar Bee E-Gift Card or original form of payment sent to your order's email address within 7 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
