Do I need to join the Sugar Bee Society to start earning points?
No, you do not. Guests can earn points with orders, referrals and leaving product reviews. Those points will be unavailable to redeem for discounts and rewards until they join and activate their Sugar Bee Society member account.
How do I redeem points for giftcards?
Log in, open the launcher, go to Ways to redeem, and click Redeem on the gift card reward if you have enough points. Once it’s issued, it appears in Your rewards and can be used later. When you are ready to checkout, click “apply” and the discount/gift card amount will automatically appear in your cart at checkout.
When do points expire?
Points will expire if not redeemed in 1 year. There will be a 30-Day message as a reminder of expiration, along with an additional 3-day prior to expiration reminder.
Do giftcards issued through point redemption expire?
No, they do not. Once points are redeemed for giftcards, the monetary value of that redeemed giftcard will never decrease or expire.
Is there a time limit on using tier rewards like “15% off order discount” or “One Free Personalization?”
Yes. Tier rewards will expire in 6 months after landing into that tier. This applies to the % off an order, one annual free shipping and one annual free personalization. Unlike giftcards that never expire, the Tier Rewards do expire if left unused in 6 months.
Do past purchases count towards points or tier status?
No they do not. The Sugar Bee Society launched on March 6th and customers will not earn points to purchase made prior to this date.
If I place an order under a different email, can my points be combined under one account?
Yes, points can be combined if you have placed an order with a different email address if it is you. We can merge your account with points that have not been redeemed. Tier Rewards cannot be combined into a account that was created with a different email.
Can I use points combined with other discount codes?
Tier discount rewards can be combined with product and shipping discounts. One reward can be applied directly, and a second reward can be copied and pasted manually at checkout. Once you redeem points for giftcards, you can use multiple gift cards in a single purchase and can also combine them with other discounts or promotions.
When does tier status expire? And how do I maintain tier status?
Tier status does not expire for a calendar year. Our calendar year is defined as all orders within one calendar year to determine their VIP tier for that year and the following calendar year. For example, you order the $800 to reach the Heirloom Circle tier in November of 2025, you will enjoy the benefits of that tier for the rest of 2025 and all of 2026. Then, during the calendar year of 2026, you will have to spend the $800 to re-qualify for the Heirloom Circle tier in 2027. If not, your VIP tier will be recalculated based on orders in that calendar year.
How will I know when I have reached another tier?
You will receive an email when you enter a higher tier. You can also see your updated tier when logged in.
When will I receive my Birthday reward?
Birthday points are issued once a year, at approximately 12 AM on your birthday. You must save your birthday at least 30 days before their birthday to get points that year to redeem for your $5 or $10 reward depending on what VIP Tier you have achieved.
Are all products eligible for accruing points?
Yes! All product will earn points. Your cart subtotal before discounts, taxes and shipping calculates points earned for that order.
What if my order is refunded? Partially refunded?
If your order is refunded, your points will automatically be removed from your earned point total. Partial refunds will also remove the earned points from your total. Refunds can lower your VIP Teir if and when the order amount drops your calendar year order total below that Tier’s dollar amount to enter.
Do Heirloom members have additional shipping options other than economy with their benefit of “Free Shipping” on all orders?
Yes. All orders of any dollar amount will automatically receive Free Economy Domestic USPS shipping. You will still have the same options to upgrade to priority, express or UPS shipping.
Can I earn points if I am a Wholesale customer?
No, not at this time. The Sugar Bee Society is only available to our retail customers shopping through our website. www.sugarbeeclothing.com Points and rewards will not be available if Sugar Bee product is offered through other online or physical store fronts.
