Customer Experience Team Member - Full Time
As a Customer Experience Team member, you are responsible for delivering a great experience with every interaction and touchpoint to each customer both retail and wholesale. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, the ability to communicate with the warehouse team and customers, both written and verbal, while maintaining a safe, positive and respectful work environment.
• Clear, concise and professional communication both verbal and written when addressing all customers
• Respond within 24 hours to every customer across all platforms including all Social Media platforms
• Immediate response to all customer shopping Chat boxes; Shopify, Faire and sugarbeeclothing.com
• Proactive engagement with “online” shoppers to be the available” friendly team member on the other end of the chat box
• Utilize all your resources and tools to analyze every customer situation to the best resolution
• Partner daily with exceptions to the standard operating procedures to ensure the customer always has a frictionless experience
• Educated responses are required to ensure the correct information is delivered to protect Sugar Bee Clothing Brand’s reputation, purpose and values
• Continued monitoring and responding to all emails and messaging across all platforms during your scheduled shift
• Product and Inventory Management within Shopify through inputting wholesale or retail orders accurately
• Processing customer returns through the returns portal and communicating throughout the process with the customer so they have a frictionless experience
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promotes commitment to the Sugar Bee Clothing, Inc Brand, its’ purpose and values
• Projects a positive image and serves as a role model for others
• And other duties as assigned
You will also need to be able to do the following as needed:
• Maintaining a clean warehouse that is safe and hazard free
• Loading boxes for shipments and dropping off packages to be shipped through USPS and Fed Ex
• Weekly inventory counts and on hand accuracy
• Receiving and putting away New Product
• Warehouse product recovery and repackaging as needed
• Ensuring product meets quality requirements
• Supports working in a safe environment and adheres to daily maintenance needs
• Follows all opening and closing procedures daily
• Weekend Warehouse Sales
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Push/pull utility carts
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during each shift
• Accessing high shelves by ladder
• Withstand varying temperatures
